Temp-to Hire -

AKA will find skilled employees to meet the needs of their future employers. Temp-to-Hire services allow the employer and employee to familiarize each other over a period of time which is an interview in process. During this time period the employer can determine whether the employee will be a good fit for their company and their future.

Permanent Placements -

AKA handles the search and screening to find the right candidate for your organization. This is an excellent alternative to temp-to-hire services, and our rates are well below the market.

Recruiting Process -

Screen Testing - All AKA employees undergo a series of tests and interviews to qualify them before an employee is sent to your office or job site.

  • Background Checks including criminal background checks and drug screening.
  • Skill assessments including math, problem solving, spelling and office/clerical skills depending on the job assignment.
  • Face to face in-depth interviews between an experienced recruiter and the applicant.
  • Documentation, including work history and education validation.
  • Driver's license and social security verification.

AKA has established a superior track record, with a safety-first attitude. AKA employees are provided with pertinent safety equipment to ensure compliance with the current safety standards and regulations.

All AKA employees are trained through US Safety Council, which includes site-specific regulations.
